SPECIALTY LEASING REPRESENTATIVE
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Seeking high energy Specialty Leasing Representative in the Orlando market, to screen, select and procure specialty retailers for the specialty retailing program at Orlando Fashion Square.
- The ideal candidate has Shopping Center experience, excellent selling skills, and can communicate tactfully, skillfully, and persuasively to negotiate short-term leases for retailers, including carts, kiosks and in-line stores.
- Effective interpersonal skills are essential, in order to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all levels of management, staff, outside legal counsel, bankers, merchants, etc.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring income and budgets are met
- Coordinating operational items as they relate to Specialty Leasing
- Monitoring adherence to guidelines and procedures for Specialty Retailing program.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications
- Minimum of two years in shopping center industry
