Holiday Traditions Continue at PREIT Properties

PREIT properties have decked their halls and welcome all to celebrate throughout the holiday season with special shopping and festivities. Our centers will be closed on Thanksgiving Day to allow retail employees to enjoy the holiday with their families. We will open our doors early the next day so guests can enjoy the traditional start to the holiday weekend.

He’s Back and Ready for His Close Up

Santa is back! We were so excited to welcome back the Big Guy with fanfare across our portfolio —whether he arrived by fire truck or walked the red carpet—fun was had by all. All of our Santas are vaccinated and ready to meet everyone for Santa photos. Kids will have the option to sit on his lap for photos or on a stool to keep some distance. On Mondays, customers are invited to bring pets and many of our Santas are inviting other characters to their sets on Tuesdays! Find him at your nearest PREIT property.

Fun-filled Festivities for All

Black Friday shopping and deals are just some of what is in store for the holidays at our properties this year, but more importantly, we’re excited to welcome back and support our local communities. Gift wrapping stations and giving trees benefitting nonprofits in the community will also ensure all your gifts are ready for giving.

Springfield Town Center will be welcoming Chabad Lubavitch for a special lighting of the menorah. Willow Grove Park will be hosting Snacks with Santa, where kids can get photos with Santa and some of their favorite characters, plus a special treat. Many of our centers will be hosting pop-up markets for local businesses so you can find truly unique gifts for everyone on your list. Shop Early & Score Rewards

In particular this year, we encourage our customers to shop early to ensure product availability and to be patient and considerate with retail associates throughout the season. Our retailers and restaurants are eager to help shoppers find the perfect gifts and provide quality experiences with loved ones.

PREIT properties continue to offer a contactless shopping experience through its Mall2Go designated parking spaces. Participating retailers can be found on each of our properties’ websites.

After a successful launch for Back-to-School shopping, we have brought back our Spend + Score reward program. For every $200 spent at a PREIT property between November 15-December 15, customers earn a $25 gift card to their retailer of choice. Now’s the time to make the most of those holiday deals!
