PREITs Community Commitment was Vivid this August
PREIT today highlighted its commitment to the communities it serves with a focus on the past month.
Nearly all of our properties hosted Black-owned business expos in recognition of August being National Black Business Month.
As communities look ahead to a more traditional school year than most in recent memory, PREIT properties are supporting local community needs with the Let’s Pull Together campaign. During the campaign which runs through September 6, our shoppers are encouraged to donate backpacks and school supplies. Each property partnered with a local organization that would ensure the supplies reached local students in need.
We are also offering needed savings to our communities through the Spend + Score program, where customers who supply $200 in receipts from select malls can earn a $25 gift card to a retailer of their choice.
“As important gathering places, we feel it’s important to create opportunities for all members of our communities,” said Joseph Coradino, PREIT Chairman and CEO. “Community involvement is a key brand pillar for PREIT and we are proud to help usher in a successful school year for the next generation and spotlight the diverse businesses that make our centers special.”
